Celtic have confirmed the signing of Danish striker Kasper Høgh on the club’s x account. The club say the Bodo/Glimt striker arrives on a 4 year deal with an option of another year. It is believed the deal is for a club record fee that eclipses the £11 million paid to German side Augsburg for Arnie Engles two years ago.
Many fans will see Hogh as a direct replacement for Kyogo 18 months after he left the football club. With a proven track record domestically and in Europe this is a real signal of intent from the club.
What do you think Celtic fans? Happy this this statement of intent?

Hogh is a great signing but he can't be THE signing, we still need work done all over the park, a GK, a LB, possibly two CM's and a CDM plus two wingers. It's progress though and if we can get three or four of those positions covered it should be a successful season. It doesn't hide the state the club's in we're a laughing stock with the board we've got, there's basically no football department and all of our problems are self inflicted through self sabotage and incompetence. There's people on our board that the Peter Principle is alive at Celtic Park, Nicholson and McKay have been overpromoted and aren't innately qualified to do the jobs' they currently inhabit.
