Fabrizio Romano claims Celtic have agreed personal terms with German u21 international Mika Baur. Baur plays for SC Paderborn in Bundeliga 2 and is a versatile centre mid. Primarily an attacking midfielder, he can also play centre mid or a deep lying playmaker. He is believed to have the same agent that concluded the Nicholas Kuhn deal so Celtic have previous dealings with him. Romano states that clubs are now continuing talks to try and conclude a deal.
